Mazzitelli & Associates is owned and run by John P. Mazzitelli, Attorney at Law. John ("Jack") Mazzitelli has been licensed to practice law in Minnesota since 1970. Jack is a 1966 graduate of the University of Minnesota, Duluth, and graduated from the William Mitchell College of Law in 1970.

As a lawyer working in private practice, Jack specializes in litigation including criminal, personal injury, workers' compensation, and employment litigation. Jack completed the required training for placement on the Minnesota Neutrals Roster for both mediation and arbitration in 1994.

Jack has been a securities arbitrator for NASD Regulation since 1995, and has sat on panels where the issues involved suitability and allegations of negligence.

Jack is a member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, Association of Trial Lawyers of America, Minnesota Trial Lawyers Association, Minnesota State Bar Association, and the Hennepin County Bar Association.
